Agreement
By purchasing or using any BACK product you agree to this license. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance.
Tiers
Every mockup is sold under one of three license tiers. Choose the one that matches your use case. You can always upgrade later.
Standard
For individual designers, freelancers, and creatives. Covers personal work, portfolios, client presentations, websites, branding, and organic social media. One seat.
Does not cover paid advertising campaigns, large-scale print production, or work produced on behalf of multiple clients simultaneously.
Small Studio
For freelancers, small design studios, and teams of up to five. Covers all Standard use cases plus commercial client projects, small-to-mid-scale advertising, newsletters, and short-run printed materials.
Editable source files may not be shared externally — only flattened exports (JPEG, PNG) may be delivered to clients.
Agency
For agencies, larger studios, and brands operating at scale. Unlimited internal seats. Covers all Studio use cases plus paid advertising, packaging, retail campaigns, and large-scale print production.
Mockups may be incorporated into digital products for resale provided the source files are not extractable by end users.
Restrictions
Original mockup files (PSDs) may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed under any tier.
You may not include source files in a template pack, asset bundle, or stock library.
Claiming authorship of the mockup itself is not permitted. Designs you place within the mockup remain yours.
All intellectual property in BACK products remains with BACK. Purchasing grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license only.
Refunds
All sales are final. Because mockups are digital products, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded — without affecting your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer law.
Exceptions are made for duplicate purchases, files that are corrupted or fail to open, or cases where the delivered product significantly differs from what was described. Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Latvian jurisdiction.
